Can You Imagine a World Without Abortion?

 

CAN YOU IMAGINE?

 Canada is one of the LAST countries in the world to have ZERO restrictions or laws when it comes to abortion. Did you know that? Did you know that a woman can walk into a clinic in your city at 9 months pregnant and ask for an abortion because she has heartburn? Did you know that a woman can go to a women's hospital at her due date and ask to abort her twins because she found out they were both girls and she would prefer boys? You will hear the argument that "No, I heard that in Canada a woman can only abort in her third trimester due to health issues" - WRONG!  

Did you know that abortions due to rape and incest account for LESS than 1% of the millions of abortions being done? Did you know that 45% of these abortions are 2nd,3rd,4th, etc.? Did you know that women that are raped and become pregnant and abort spend more time in regret and guilt over the ABORTION (which was their choice) versus the rape (which clearly was not their  choice).

Did you know that women are dying all the time from botched abortions IN licensed abortion clinics? That is it NOT as "simple as getting your tonsils removed" (quote from an abortion clinic). That there are high risks including a higher chance of breast cancer, depression, dependencies on alcohol and drugs to cope, pain, higher risk of suicide and almost always...regret and guilt.

Did you know men suffer from these as well?

Did you know that since abortion was legalized MORE women have died from abortion than before when you hear about the "back alley abortions" because it is more accessible and more accepted, and because women are NOT being told the risks!?

Did you know that 1 in 4 women will have had an abortion before they are 40? And hundreds of thousands of these are religious, church-going women.

Did you know that YOU are not only supporting abortion by either doing nothing, ignoring the facts, purchasing products that uses your money to fund abortion, your tax money going to abortions or using products that CONTAIN aborted fetal cells such as many of our vaccinations?

If you are anything like me.... you feel helpless. What can one person do? How can we actually change the LAWS in Canada? Well...first step, start telling the truth! Don't shy away from a conversation on abortion, tell the facts, do it lovingly and sternly, do not judge those around you whether they have had abortions or simply don't have all the facts and so they stand up for "pro-choice" laws. Tell them the truth. Plant the seeds of doubt in their minds where they have been continuously lied to by society, media, government and Planned Parenthood.

Second step... do something! You may not be able to dedicate your whole life to this cause, you may have a fulltime job, a family, children of your own, a busy life! But you can still do something. 

First off, WRITE YOUR MP AND PRIME MINISTER STEPHEN HARPER.

Yes, this makes a difference! Can you imagine if Stephen Harper were to receive one email from each of us every day? Even every week?? Saying simply and respectfully... "we are NOT okay with Canada's lack of laws and restrictions on abortion! We are NOT okay with hurting and killing our children and you should not be either."

And from there, do what you can and where you feel called! Whether that's donating funds to a Crisis Pregnancy Center or donating baby items or clothes. Whether it's handing out postcards, putting up posters or mailing postcards. Whether it's helping out mothers that have chosen LIFE and now need our help and love! Whether it's adopting children in need from the foster care system! Whether it's getting people to sign a petition - did you know that a petition of 25 signatures delivered to Parliament means they have to address it? Whether it's praying for a change! Whether it's standing outside of a clinic and praying for the women going in there or talking to them. Whether it's organizing a diaper drive with friends, or a pro-life group at your church, or simply just bringing up this topic with friends to get the word out!! If we all did ONE deed imagine the difference!

Can you imagine if instead of spending the BILLIONS of dollars including donations and taxpayers money to Planned Parenthood where 96% of what they do is ABORTION would instead go to adoption agencies and helping deserving people become parents through adoption? 

Can you imagine if that money went to creating and running more Crisis Pregnancy Centers where instead of teaching teens about Plan B pills and abortion, we would teach them how to parent, help them afford to raise their children, financially assist them with medical bills and housing and food and how to NOT become pregnant in the first place by respecting their bodies!

Can you imagine if Prime Minister Stephen Harper would stop saying, "I will never re-open the abortion debate" and instead came out saying, "I know it may not be popular...but it's time to put a stop to this mass genocide going on in Canada!" Can you imagine if our PM actually made a CHANGE and what they would look like?

Can you imagine if all those women (and men) out there angrily screaming and fighting for "women's rights" would realize that by doing this they are condemning little girls (and boys) to death? That because of the stand they are taking FOR abortion they are encouraging that teenager to kill her own child, that mother to actually give permission for a doctor to take the life of her own baby, do they realize what they are really doing?

Can you imagine if we all came together, since we are all fighting for women's rights right? That we would come together and realize that abortion HURTS women and kills little girls?? That we would all put an end to this?

Can you imagine if each and every one of us made an effort to talk about the truth of abortion with friends and family...If we each plant a small seed and can you imagine if YOU save a babies life??

I can imagine!

And I believe a change is just on the horizon for Canada, be a part of this change!!
